Jean Lafitte

In 1816, the Lafitte brothers became spies during the Mexican War of Independence. Pierre was tasked with apprising the Spanish on the situation in New Orleans, while Jean went to Galveston Island in Spanish Texas to watch the Mexican Revolutionaries.
